Music industry contract help

I am looking for help with two simple music industry contracts

One is for a songwriter and the other is for a producer

I am looking for something that is really simple that outlines what I will do as a label/publisher and what I expect from them

Neither party wants something that is super long and difficult to read and understand. As close to one page as possible! We just want some protection
