Will I be charged any fees as a service provider at Indiy?
Yes. Indiy has a fair and competitive commission system where you are charged different fees depending on your seller level and transaction amount. You can learn more about our fee structure on the Indiy Fees page.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, you can pay the sellers on our platform with PayPal. We are currently working on adding more payment methods to our website, so stay tuned!
Are all services for musicians provided online only?
No. Although we are mainly focused on ensuring every artist in the world gets access to high-quality services regardless of where they live, it is possible to get services offline as well. When you find a seller from you area, you can suggest them an offline meeting if that works better for you both.
