What do you enjoy most about being an independent musician?

The freedom and control of the creative process.

If we were to peek over your shoulder, what does your studio look like? What gear do you typically use?

Pro tools, MacBook, studio monitors, the microphone inside the booth, keyboard, midi controller, and custom merch.

Do you enjoy recording and production, or do you like performing live and promotion?

I enjoy both processes but the live performance and connection to the fans tops all.

How would you want people to describe your latest project in a tweet?

Most slept on!

Do you plan your music releases, or do you just finish a song and release it?

I recently started planning my releases to maximize my marketing and promotions.

Are there any collaborations past of future that you are excited about, producers, artists, instrumentalists, or songwriters?

I did a song titled 'The Game' which was produced by Just Blaze in 2016 and I am looking forward to getting some artist features in the near future. Don’t want to spoil it by saying names.

Which artists inspire your creative process?

Just life in general, and sometimes isolation with the beats.

What are your top three favorite albums of all time? Why those albums?

All Eyes On Me - Tupac
Life After Death - Biggie
Stillmatic - Nas

That’s that classic Hip-hop era and those 3 emcees were the top of their class.

Who makes up your existing creative team?
i.e. photographers, video directors, social media managers, paid media specialists, stylists, hair, and makeup…Name someone who you think deserves a special shout out?
