What do you enjoy most about being an independent musician?
The freedom to create as I please...
I’m able to tell my story, my way.
If we were to peek over your shoulder, what does your studio look like? What gear do you typically use?
My studio is professional, highly recommended, and has been used by many successful artists.
Do you enjoy recording and production, or do you like performing live and promotion?
I enjoy both. Recording is amazing and performing is captivating!
How would you want people to describe your latest project in a tweet?
"Ro’s newest single is a meta level banger!"
Do you plan your music releases, or do you just finish a song and release it?
I strategically plan all of my releases.
What can we expect from you within the next 6 months? Any releases planned? Future gigs?
Two new tracks are slotted to be released...
Along with a cartoon, and a feature film that I have also created.
Are you planning any videos for your music? Are there any videos we need to know about!?
I just filmed a video that I’m releasing this week.
In the video I dress up like Ferris Bueller.
Are there any collaborations, past or future, that you are excited about?
My newest song has a feature from a large up-and-coming artist, who has tracks with Jadakiss and French Montana.
Which artists inspire your creative process?
I listen to a wide range of music while studying multiple fields of information to create intuitive music.
What are your top three favorite albums of all time and why those albums?

Good kid, m.A.A.d city has such a strong message that leaves a positive lesson.
The Dark Side of the Moon is artistically so ahead of its time it almost leaves you in a trance.
Watch the Throne is genius in how it combines several extremes in one album.
Who makes up your existing creative team?
i.e. photographers, video directors, social media managers, paid media specialists, stylists, hair, and makeup…Name someone who you think deserves a special shout-out?
My team consists of three individuals other than myself.
I have Jae on the Beat, my engineer and producer...
Eddie “Cozy”, my financial partner and coach.
And finally, my videographer, who films all of my music videos, CM Delux.
