What do you enjoy most about being an independent musician?

I enjoy the ability to have control of the creative process in my music and to have the freedom to speak on the subjects that are very rarely addressed such as mental health issues

If we were to peek over your shoulder, what does your studio look like? What gear do you typically use?

A microphone, laptop, monitors and a m audio box

Do you enjoy recording and production, or do you like performing live and promotion?

I enjoy all aspects of music. I love the creative process the ability to make the kind of music
that I love to make and I also like when a song comes out exactly how I heard it in my head

How would you want people to describe your latest project in a tweet?

Inspiring because of what i bring to the table a different style of music than u normally hear

Do you plan your music releases, or do you just finish a song and release it?

I plan my music put together whole projects before I release my music. I do plan my projects as they get done everything has to be down to my liking in order to release

What can we expect from you within the next 6 months? Any releases planned? Future gigs?

New mixtape called dancing with my demons a album titled virgo also a joint project with a colleague called purple pain and a group album called murder and mayhem with my team nitty gritty mafia

Are you planning any videos for your music? Are there any videos we need to know about?

Currently I am in the process of making some videos for this new mixtape that i have coming out

Are there any collaborations past or future that you are excited about, producers, artists, instrumentalists or songwriters?

My newest project coming out with nitty gritty mafia and the joint venture with lyriq

What inspires your creative process?

My pain that i have gone through makes me wanna keep going and to inspire others with my story

What are your top three favorite albums of all time?

All eyes on me, ready to die and Nas illmatic

Who makes up your existing creative team? i.e. photographers, video directors, social media managers, paid media specialists, stylists, hair, and makeup…Name someone who you think deserves a special shout out?

My brother solo nitty gritty takes care of all my cover art and mastering of my music
