We caught up with Mυff Scola to talk about her music.

What do you enjoy most about being an independent musician?

I enjoy being in charge of my own creative process when it comes to my music.

If we were to peek over your shoulder, what does your studio look like? What gear do you typically use?

My primary go-to engineer is Reese Krac of Street Nation Studios in Latta, South Carolina.

Do you enjoy recording and production, or do you like performing live and promotion?

I enjoy performing live more because I get to physically see my fans emotions and how they relate to my music.

How would you want people to describe your latest project in a tweet?

"CAROLINA ANTHEM"...#TRENDINGMUSIC

Do you plan your music releases, or do you just finish a song and release it?

I usually release singles as soon as the proper paperwork is done.

What can we expect from you within the next 6 months? Any releases planned? Future gigs?

I plan on releasing three Singles this year, with the first entitled "Love Potion #26" set to drop in the spring.

Are you planning any videos for your music? Are there any videos we need to know about!?

The video for my song, "Crunch Time" has gotten over 42,000 views on Facebook.

Are there any collaborations, past or future, that you are excited about?

I'm very excited to work with INI STUDIOS and Patchwerk Studios!

What inspires your creative process?

Life inspires me when it comes to creating my music.

The mic is my canvas and I spit life into it.

What are your top three favorite albums of all time and why those albums?

The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill - Lauryn Hill
Aziatic - A. Z.
The Last Kiss - Jadakiss

I chose these albums because the lyrical fluctuations paint very vivid pictures inside my head.

Who makes up your existing creative team?
