What do you enjoy most about being an independent musician?

The thing I love about being an independent artist is that...

I can be myself and be different with my style in writing music.

I love interacting with other artists and just seeing how everyone is different and unique in their own way.

If we were to peek over your shoulder, what does your studio look like? What gear do you typically use?

Right now I don’t have a studio!

I play my keyboard and am learning guitar

And I use GarageBand and record myself until I can be in an actual studio.

Do you enjoy recording and production, or do you like performing live and promotion?

I love it all!

How would you want people to describe your latest project in a tweet?

"Authentic"

Do you plan your music releases, or do you just finish a song and release it?

I finish a song and release it!

What can we expect from you within the next 6 months? Any releases planned? Future gigs?

I’m hoping to get my EP heard...

Just being able to share my music would mean the world to me.

The connection with people and that my music can inspire is more important to me then saying “hey look at me”.

Are you planning any videos for your music? Are there any videos we need to know about!?

I would love to but I don’t have the money!

And if I did make a video...I dealt with people that lied to me, so it’s hard in that way to work with people and other artists.

Are there any collaborations, past or future, that you are excited about?

Not at the moment!

What inspires your creative process?

How the world is such chaos!

I want people to rejoin again and have the faith that the world can be better again.

We all just have to work hard in this together, and not think about ourselves so much.
