What do you enjoy most about being an independent musician?
No strings attached! I can do whatever I like!
If we were to peek over your shoulder, what does your studio look like? What gear do you typically use?
Pro tools! I usually go to a studio though and use what they have.
Do you enjoy recording and production, or do you like performing live and promotion?
Both to me are pretty cool!
How would you want people to describe your latest project in a tweet?
"Creative and smart!"
Do you plan your music releases, or do you just finish a song and release it?
I just finish, then release.
What can we expect from you within the next 6 months? Any releases planned? Future gigs?
My Afghanistan track I just released will be having a video shoot soon!
Are you planning any videos for your music? Are there any videos we need to know about!?
Yes the Afghan Doran track I have!
I will be shooting videos soon as things open up a bit.
Are there any collaborations, past or future, that you are excited about?
I became very close with Krayzie bone and was invited to all his parties!!!
Which artists inspire your creative process?
I like to do what’s real not what’s trending!!!
What are your top four favorite albums of all time?
Makaveli, Get Rich Or Die Tryin', Will Tang, and Liquid Swords
Who makes up your existing creative team?
i.e. photographers, video directors, social media managers, paid media specialists, stylists, hair, and makeup…Name someone who you think deserves a special shout-out?
I think I deserve a special shout-out because I made things happen for myself and others but others couldn’t seem to appreciate!
