What do you enjoy most about being an independent musician?

Being able to create the kind of music I want to share with the world.

If we were to peek over your shoulder, what does your studio look like? What gear do you typically use?

I don't own a studio.

I always hire studio engineers from all over the world.

And typically I use Pro Tools.

Do you enjoy recording and production, or do you like performing live and promotion?

I enjoy both equally.

The creative process with the music leads to the energy for the show.

It's so much easier to promote projects you're excited about!

How would you want people to describe your latest project in a tweet?

Do you plan your music releases, or do you just finish a song and release it?

I let the music speak whenever it wants to!

What can we expect from you within the next 6 months? Any releases planned? Future gigs?

Melody Music Cool Tube LLC presents 'Altered Beast'...which is our album.

We also have 'Grad Night' which is our single.

Are you planning any videos for your music? Are there any videos we need to know about!?

Melody Music Cool Tube LLC currently has 'Yes' and 'Bruce Lee' on THE COOL TUBE!

Are there any collaborations, past or future, that you are excited about?

With over 25 years of industry experience I have collaborated with some great producers.

My current project has a song called 'Scotch On The Rock' and features an EDM artist from Germany which is pretty cool!

What inspires your creative process?

My life experiences.

What are your top five favorite albums of all time and why those albums?

The Miseducation of Lauren Hill
The last album from a female that screams FEMALE EMPOWERMENT.

Me Against The World - Tupac
The music transcended time and the fact he was in jail and went Platinum is still amazing to me.

Thriller - Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson is the best performer ever PERIOD! Sorry, Prince!
