What do you enjoy most about being an independent musician?

Full artist control.

If we were to peek over your shoulder, what does your studio look like? What gear do you typically use?

My studio looks professional with a touch of hood.

I usually use pro tools but I let the engineers make their choice on what software they’re comfortable with.

And yes I always hire a studio!

I usually have a go-to engineer but lately, I’ve been trying new people.

Do you enjoy recording and production, or do you like performing live and promotion?

I enjoy the whole aspect!

I love recording, the studio is one of my favorite places.

And I love performing because there's nothing like showcasing what I’ve made in the studio, to a live crowd. Plus the energy of a crowd is unmatched!

How would you want people to describe your latest project in a tweet?

"The new king of rap"

Do you plan your music releases, or do you just finish a song and release it?

I always plan but sometimes I just drop things just to see how the people feel about it...

But with my latest project I’ve been strategic and planned.

What can we expect from you within the next 6 months? Any releases planned? Future gigs?

You can expect more videos, a whole project and plenty shows!

Are you planning any videos for your music? Are there any videos we need to know about!?

For every song I’m on...there will be a video.

Are there any collaborations, past or future, that you are excited about?

I’m thankful for all of my collabs, past and future!

And that’s all I’m gonna say on that!

What inspires your creative process?

I can’t really say anything inspires it!

Because thoughts come to me throughout the writing, and throughout making videos.

I might change things at the very last minute because I just thought of something that might be better!

What are your top five favorite albums of all time and why those albums?

Beyonce - B'Day
Nicki Minaj - Pink Friday
Because I can listen to those all the way thru without skipping any songs.

Beyoncé did visuals for every song and that’s something I’ve always wanted to do.

Nicki Showcased her talent for the world and was approved by all naysayers.

And my third album would be “STUNT (Stay Turnt Up Never Turndown) by Veeh Lil’Monsterpull aka myself!

Because I will get to showcase my talent to the world, and have a visual for every song, and will be approved not only by my naysayers but by the world.

Who makes up your existing creative team?
i.e. photographers, video directors, social media managers, paid media specialists, stylists, hair, and makeup…Name someone who you think deserves a special shout-out?

I don’t have a team! I pick and choose everything on my own.

And I pay for everything on my own.

I don’t have a stylist that was something I was born with.

Nothing is given to me.

I’m not given free time in the studio, or free video shoots I pay for everything.

So no-one deserves a shout out except the people close to me...

My mother, my sister, my best friends, my brothers, my nephews , niece, my grandma...

Those are the people who deserve a special shoutout!
